A New York-based art advisor and native of San Francisco, Blair has clients in multiple cities and sources works internationally. She spent over ten years working at galleries—including as Director at both Lisson Gallery and Peter Freeman, Inc., and as Director of Exhibitions at Pace Gallery. 

Blair is also a Ph.D. candidate at The Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY).  She holds an M.A. from Columbia University (Modern Art and Critical Studies), a B.A. from Wellesley College (Art History and Economics), and spent a year studying art history at the UniversitĂ© Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV).  She has previously been adjunct faculty at the Sotheby's Institute of Art.  Her doctoral dissertation, Heinz Berggruen: Dealing and Collecting Modern Art in the Shadow of World War II, has been supported by the Center for the History of Collecting at the Frick Art Reference Library, the Getty Research Institute, and the Leon Levy Center for Biography.
